India is set to tour West Indies for a 3-match ODI series, starting from July 22nd at Queen's Park Oval, Port Of Spain, Trinidad. Team India defeated current World Champions England in the 3-match ODI series by 2-1. 

West Indies on the other hand suffered a 3-0 clean sweep against Bangladesh at home and would be itching to get back to form and register a win against team India, who are missing several key players in the ODI leg of the West Indies tour.

#5. Mohammad Shami (4/16, 2019)

After India posted 268/7 after opting to bat first in the 34th match of World Cup 2019, Mohammad Shami did the rest as he picked up 4 wickets for just 16 runs in his 6.2 overs, helping India restrict West Indies to 143 in 34.2 overs, winning the match by 125 runs.


#4. Prasidh Krishna (4/12)

With the help of Suryakumar Yadav's 64 and KL Rahul's 49, India were able to post 237/9 in 50 overs after being put in to bat first in the 2nd ODI at Ahmedabad in 2022. In reply, West Indies were halted to 193 in 46 overs as Prasidh Krishna picked up four wickets, including three important top-order wickets - Brandon King, Darren Bravo and captain Nicholas Pooran, helping India to a 44-run win. 

 

#3. Ravi Rampaul (5/51)

Former West Indies all-rounder Ravi Rampaul ranks next with his bowling figures of 5/51 in a group B match in the 2011 ODI World Cup. Due to this 5-fer by Rampaul, India were restricted to 268 in 49.1 overs. However, in the second innings, despite Devon Smith's 81, Indian bowlers were able to bowl out West Indies for 188 runs in 43 overs, winning the match by 80 runs.

Indian ace all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja lands on the second spot on this list with his bowling figures of 5/36 in a group match in Champions Trophy 2013. After opting to bowl first, India were able to halt West Indies to 233/9 in 50 overs with Jadeja's 5/36 in 10 overs, including 2 maidens. With an unbeaten ton from Shikhar Dhawan, India chased down the target in 39.1 overs and win the match by 8 wickets.

Experienced West Indian all-rounder Jason Holder ranks atop this list with his performance in the 4th ODI at North Sound in 2017. Defending a low total of 190 runs, the West Indies all-rounder Jason Holder came out with all guns blazing as he picked up 5 wickets in 9.4 overs while conceding only 27 runs along with 2 maidens. India were bowled out for 178 in 49.4 overs despite fifties from Ajinkya Rahane (60) & MS Dhoni (54), losing the match by 11 runs.
