Here are some interesting facts, trivia, and records about Vivek Razdan:

1) Vivek Razdan was born in Delhi but has his origins from Jammu and Kashmir, making him the first player from the northernmost part of India to represent the country.

2) Razdan attended St. Columba's School and Sardar Patel Vidyalaya during his formative years. 

3) The right-arm fast bowler was one of the first trainees of MRF Pace Foundation under the watchful eyes of Dennis Lillee and TA Shekhar. 

4) Since he attended the Pace Foundation in Chennai, Razdan played for Tamil Nadu in the 1990-91 Ranji Trophy. He then returned to Delhi for the next season and helped the team winning the Ranji Trophy. He picked up 23 wickets, hit two centuries in that season, and a 93 in the Final against Tamil Nadu. 

5) Vivek Razdan was picked in the 1989 tour to Pakistan based on just two first-class appearances. He ended up taking a five-wicket haul in his second match, which also turned out to be his last ever test for India. 

6) Razdan made his test debut in the same series in which Sachin Tendulkar first appeared on the international scene. Vivek Razdan and Sachin Tendulkar made their ODI debut in the same game. 

7) After a dip in performances in first-class cricket, Vivek Razdan retired from cricket in the 1993-94 season. He has since then been a regular in the TV commentary.
