तिलक वर्मा ने बचपन के कोच को दिया श्रेय, बोले- जब कोई नहीं जानता था, तब उनका साथ मिला
Asia Cup: एशिया कप फाइनल में भारत की जीत के हीरो तिलक वर्मा ने अपने बचपन के कोचों का आभार जताया है। इस बल्लेबाज ने खुलासा किया है कि उन्होंने जिस एकेडमी में बचपन में ट्रेनिंग ली थी, वहां खेलने से उन्हें आगे बढ़ने का आत्मविश्वास मिला है।
एशिया कप खिताब जीतने के बाद तिलक वर्मा स्वदेश लौट आए हैं। मंगलवार को तिलक वर्मा ने पत्रकारों से कहा, "आज हर कोई मेरा नाम जानता है। हर कोई जानता है कि तिलक वर्मा कौन हैं, लेकिन जब कोई मुझे नहीं जानता था, तब मेरे कोच मेरे साथ थे। कोचों ने मेरा भरपूर साथ दिया। उन्होंने बचपन से ही मेरे करियर को आकार देने में मेरी मदद की है। उतार-चढ़ाव खेल का हिस्सा हैं।"
उन्होंने कहा, "मैंने लीगला क्रिकेट एकेडमी से शुरुआत की। जब भी मैं यहां प्रैक्टिस करता हूं, मुझे अच्छा प्रदर्शन करने का आत्मविश्वास मिलता है। मुझे पता है कि अगर मैं यहां हूं, तो मुझे आत्मविश्वास मिलेगा।"
