भारत और बांग्लादेश के बीच का टेस्ट इतिहास, जहां सिर्फ एक मैच हुआ ड्रॉ, टीम इंडिया सभी में जीती
रिपोर्ट के अनुसार भारतीय टीम 12 सितंबर को चेन्नई में पहुंच जाएगी जहां चेपॉक में पांच दिन का कैंप होगा। दोनों देशों के बीच टेस्ट इतिहास का रिकॉर्ड 23 टेस्ट और करीब 24 साल पुराना है। भारत ने बांग्लादेश को टेस्ट मैचों में अभी तक कोई चांस नहीं दिया है। बांग्लादेश भारत के खिलाफ एक भी टेस्ट नहीं जीत पाया है।
दोनों देशों के बीच साल 2001-01 में जब पहला टेस्ट मैच खेला गया था तब बांग्लादेश क्रिकेट का शिशु था और आज वह एक प्रतिद्वंदी टीम बन चुकी है। बांग्लादेश में हुए उस मैच में भारत को जीत मिली थी। इसके चार साल बाद 2004-05 में भारत ने फिर से बांग्लादेश की धरती पर मैच खेला। इस बार दो मैचों की सीरीज थी जिसमें मेजबान टीम का सूपड़ा साफ कर दिया गया था।
