Heather Clare Knight: इंग्लैंड और वेल्स क्रिकेट बोर्ड (ईसीबी) ने बुधवार को घोषणा की कि वो तत्काल प्रभाव से महिला टीम की मैच फीस को पुरुष टीम की मैच फीस के बराबर कर रहे हैं। इंग्लैंड ने महिला क्रिकेट को बढ़ावा देने के लिए यह महत्वपूर्ण कदम उठाया है।

इंग्लैंड और वेल्स क्रिकेट बोर्ड (ईसीबी) की इस घोषणा का यह मतलब है कि मैच फीस में समानता इंग्लैंड की महिलाओं की श्रीलंका के खिलाफ आगामी सफेद गेंद वाली घरेलू श्रृंखला से प्रभावी होगी। न्यूजीलैंड, भारत और दक्षिण अफ्रीका के बाद इंग्लैंड अपनी अंतरराष्ट्रीय पुरुष और महिला टीमों के लिए मैच फीस बराबर करने वाला चौथा क्रिकेट राष्ट्र बन गया है।
