आफरीदी के आयरलैंड के खिलाफ प्रदर्शन से उन्हें आत्मविश्वास मिलेगा : हरभजन
T20 World Cup: पूर्व भारतीय क्रिकेटर हरभजन सिंह ने पाकिस्तान के तेज गेंदबाज शाहीन शाह आफरीदी के आयरलैंड के खिलाफ मैच विजयी स्पैल की तारीफ करते हुए कहा है कि इससे उन्हें आत्मविश्वास मिलेगा। पाकिस्तान ने कम स्कोर वाला यह मैच तीन विकेट से जीतकर टी 20 विश्व कप को अलविदा कहा।
रविवार को लौडरहिल में हुए इस मुकाबले में पाकिस्तान ने आयरलैंड को 106/9 रन पर रोक दिया। आफरीदी ने जबरदस्त प्रदर्शन करते हुए चार ओवर में 22 रन पर तीन विकेट लिए। हरभजन ने स्टार स्पोर्ट्स पर मैच की समीक्षा करते हुए आफरीदी के प्रदर्शन की तारीफ की।
उन्होंने कहा, "शाहीन आफरीदी ने अच्छी गेंदबाजी की। वह इस टूर्नामेंट में थोड़ी देर से उचित फॉर्म में आए। उनका टूर्नामेंट खत्म हो गया है लेकिन यह मैच निश्चित रूप से उन्हें आत्मविश्वास देगा। एक बड़े खिलाड़ी को तब बुरा लगता है जब वह उम्मीदों के मुताबिक प्रदर्शन नहीं कर पाता है।"
