श्रीलंका के पूर्व कप्तान सनथ जयसूर्या ( Sanath Jayasuriya) और पाकिस्तानी दिग्गज वसीम अकरम (Wasim Akram) लंका प्रीमियर लीग (LPL) 2022 में ब्रांड एंबेसडर के रूप में शामिल हुए हैं। टूर्नामेंट 6-23 दिसंबर तक खेला जाएगा। जयसूर्या ने 20,000 से अधिक अंतरराष्ट्रीय रन बनाए और 440 विकेट लिए। दूसरी ओर, वसीम अकरम ने 916 अंतरराष्ट्रीय विकेट लिए।
जयसूर्या एलपीएल के नए सत्र को लेकर उत्साहित हैं और उन्होंने कहा कि यह श्रीलंकाई क्रिकेट में नई प्रतिभाओं को खोजने और उनका पोषण करने में मदद करेगा।
