Mumbai, Jan 25, Five-time IPL champions Mumbai Indians on Wednesday were among the five winning companies to own a team in the first-ever Women's Premier League (WPL) slated for March 2023 with the second-highest bid of INR 912.99 crore.

The WPL is all set to be a game-changer for not only women's cricket in India and across the globe but also change the outlook of women sportspersons in general. Nita M.
