कटक में सिर्फ एक टी20 मुकाबला जीत सकी टीम इंडिया, अब सुधारना होगा रिकॉर्ड
Asia Cup: भारत और साउथ अफ्रीका के बीच बाराबती स्टेडियम में टी20 सीरीज का पहला मैच खेला जाएगा, जिसमें टीम इंडिया जीत के साथ पांच मुकाबलों की सीरीज में बढ़त हासिल करना चाहेगी। यहां भारत का रिकॉर्ड कुछ खास नहीं रहा है।
कटक के इस मैदान पर अब तक 3 टी20 मैच खेले गए हैं। इन तीनों ही मुकाबलों में भारत की टीम शामिल रही है। भारत ने यहां सिर्फ एक ही मैच जीता, जबकि 2 मुकाबलों में उसे हार का सामना करना पड़ा।
इस मैदान पर 5 अक्टूबर 2015 को सबसे पहली बार टी20 मैच खेला गया था। साउथ अफ्रीकी टीम ने भारत को 17.2 ओवरों में महज 92 रन पर समेटने के बाद 17.1 ओवरों में 6 विकेट शेष रहते जीत दर्ज की थी।
