हसीन जहां की कोर्ट से अपील, शमी के खिलाफ केस कोलकाता से दिल्ली ट्रांसफर करवाने की मांग
हसीन जहां ने अर्जी में कहा है कि वह अपनी बेटी की अच्छी शिक्षा के लिए दिल्ली शिफ्ट हो गई हैं। इस वजह से वह पश्चिम बंगाल में होने वाली अदालती सुनवाई में शामिल नहीं हो पाएंगी।
हसीन जहां की तरफ से कहा गया है कि क्रिकेटर मोहम्मद शमी देशभर में घूमते हैं और इसलिए उनके पास दिल्ली में केस लड़ने के लिए काफी रिसोर्स और तरीके हैं। उनका परिवार भी उत्तर प्रदेश में रहता है, जो कोलकाता के मुकाबले दिल्ली के ज्यादा पास है।
