'BCCI Is Always Ready,' Says Devajit Saikia After ICC Moves Women's Champions Trophy To India
Vadodara International Cricket Stadium: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is fully prepared to stage the inaugural ICC Women’s Champions Trophy at short notice after hosting rights were moved from Sri Lanka to India, said secretary Devajit Saikia on Thursday.
The six-team tournament, featuring Australia, England, India, New Zealand, South Africa, and Sri Lanka, will run from February 14 to 28 next year across two venues: the Cricket Club of India's Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai and the Vadodara International Cricket Stadium.
