आईपीएल 2026 से पहले धोनी को राहत, एकेडमी ओनरशिप केस में शिकायत खारिज
Salman Khan: आईपीएल 2026 से पहले महेंद्र सिंह धोनी को बड़ी राहत मिली है। भारतीय क्रिकेट कंट्रोल बोर्ड (बीसीसीआई) के एथिक्स ऑफिसर, जस्टिस अरुण मिश्रा ने भारत के पूर्व कप्तान महेंद्र सिंह धोनी के खिलाफ दर्ज की गई हितों के टकराव की शिकायत खारिज कर दी है। जस्टिस मिश्रा ने कहा है कि बोर्ड के नियमों के तहत किसी भी उल्लंघन का कोई सबूत नहीं है।
फरवरी 2024 में फाइल की गई शिकायत में दावा किया गया था कि धोनी, मौजूदा खिलाड़ी होने के साथ एक क्रिकेट एकेडमी के मालिक भी थे। इस स्थिति ने कथित तौर पर बीसीसीआई के कॉन्फ्लिक्ट-ऑफ-इंटरेस्ट (हितों का टकराव) नियमों के रूल 38(4)(ए) और रूल 38(4)(पी) को तोड़ा। शिकायत में उन पर 2018 में नियम बदलने के बाद रूल्स 38(2) और 38(5) के तहत डिस्क्लोजर की जरूरतों को पूरा नहीं करने का भी आरोप लगाया गया था।
अपने ऑर्डर में, जस्टिस मिश्रा ने बताया कि धोनी को वास्तव में मेसर्स आरका स्पोर्ट्स एंड मैनेजमेंट प्राइवेट लिमिटेड की ओर से चलाई जाने वाली क्रिकेट एकेडमी के मालिक के रूप में देखा जा सकता है।
