चैंपियंस ट्रॉफी 2025 में इंग्लैंड और साउथ अफ्रीका के बीच मुकाबला खेला गया, जिसमें इंग्लैंड को करारी हार का सामना करना पड़ा। शनिवार (1 मार्च) को कराची के नेशनल स्टेडियम में खेले गए इस मैच में इंग्लैंड की टीम महज 179 रन पर सिमट गई और साउथ अफ्रीका ने 29.1 ओवर में 3 विकेट के नुकसान पर आसानी से लक्ष्य हासिल कर लिया।
पहली पारी में इंग्लैंड की हालत खराब
इंग्लैंड ने टॉस जीतकर पहले बल्लेबाजी करने का फैसला किया, लेकिन उनकी शुरुआत बेहद खराब रही। शुरुआती झटकों से टीम उबर ही नहीं पाई और पूरी टीम 38.2 ओवर में सिर्फ 179 रन ही बना पाई।
