अजीत अगरकर पर भड़के श्रीकांत, हार्दिक को कप्तानी से हटाने पर जताई नाराज़गी
श्रीलंका दौरे के लिए भारतीय क्रिकेट टीम का चयन करने के बाद से ही अजीत अगरकर को मुख्य चयनकर्ता के तौर पर मुश्किल दौर से गुजरना पड़ रहा है। भारत के कई पूर्व खिलाड़ियों ने हार्दिक पांड्या को टी-20 कप्तानी से हटाने के उनके फैसले की आलोचना की है। अगरकर ने कहा कि ड्रेसिंग रूम से मिले फीडबैक और हार्दिक की फिटनेस के चलते उन्हें कप्तान के तौर पर कंसिडर नहीं किया गया।
पांड्या ICC टी-20 वर्ल्ड कप 2024 में टीम इंडिया के उप-कप्तान थे और मौजूदा चयन समिति ने ही उन्हें ये जिम्मेदारी दी है लेकिन टी-20 वर्ल्ड कप के तुरंत बाद पांड्या को दरकिनार कर दिया गया और सूर्यकुमार यादव को खेल के सबसे छोटे प्रारूप में कप्तान नियुक्त कर दिया गया। कृष्णमाचारी श्रीकांत ने हार्दिक को कप्तानी से हटाए जाने के फैसले पर नाराजगी जताते हुए अगरकर की क्लास लगाई है।
