After the fans were wondering why Shashank Singh was repeatedly being played in the SRH squad, the batter proved his worth with a quickfire knock while finishing the innings for Sunrisers Hyderabad against Gujarat Titans. 

Shashank Singh came on to bat at #8, in the 19th over when the scoreboard read 162/6. The Titans were hoping to stop the Sunrisers below a total of 170 with no experienced or major batting names at the crease.
