'हमने वनडे में अच्छा प्रदर्शन नहीं किया', 0-3 से सीरीज गंवाने के बाद बोलीं कप्तान हरमनप्रीत
World Cup Final: भारतीय महिला क्रिकेट टीम को ऑस्ट्रेलिया के खिलाफ तीसरे वनडे मुकाबले में 185 रनों से हार का सामना करना पड़ा। बेलरीव क्रिकेट स्टेडियम में ऑस्ट्रेलिया से मिले 410 रनों के लक्ष्य का पीछा करते हुए भारत की पूरी टीम 224 रन बनाकर सिमट गई। इस हार के साथ ही भारतीय टीम ने एकदिवसीय सीरीज को 0-3 से गंवाया। कप्तान हरमनप्रीत कौर ने माना कि टीम टी20 की तरह वनडे में दमदार प्रदर्शन करने में पूरी तरह से नाकाम रही।
हरमनप्रीत ने मैच के बाद कहा, "मुझे लगता है कि हमारा प्रदर्शन ओवरऑल अच्छा नहीं रहा। टी20 में हमने सब कुछ सही किया था, लेकिन वनडे में हमने अच्छा क्रिकेट नहीं खेला। यही हमारी हार की बड़ी वजह रही। वनडे फॉर्मेट में मुकाबले लंबे होते हैं और इसमें लगातार सही चीजें करना जरूरी होता है। हम बहुत सारी गलतियां कर रहे थे।"
हरमनप्रीत ने ऑस्ट्रेलिया टीम की सराहना करते हुए कहा, "ऑस्ट्रेलियाई टीम ने बेहतरीन क्रिकेट खेला और हमें वापसी का कोई मौका नहीं दिया।"
