Cricket World Cup: टी20 विश्व कप 2026 से बांग्लादेश बाहर हो गया है। बांग्लादेश की सरकार ने सुरक्षा का हवाला देते हुए विश्व कप के मैचों के लिए अपनी टीम को भारत न भेजने का फैसला गुरुवार को किया। आईसीसी अपने आधिकारिक प्रेस रिलीज में कभी भी बांग्लादेश की जगह स्कॉटलैंड के नाम का ऐलान प्रतिभागी देश के रूप में कर सकता है। बांग्लादेश के क्रिकेटरों के बीच अपनी सरकार के फैसले को लेकर निराशा है।
बांग्लादेश के क्रिकेटरों का कहना है कि सरकार ने विश्व कप न खेलने का फैसला लेने से पहले उनसे सलाह लेना उचित नहीं समझा। सरकार के निर्णय ने बांग्लादेशी खिलाड़ियों में असंतोष उत्पन्न कर दिया है।
एक रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, खिलाड़ियों की नाराजगी फैसले से ज्यादा उसे लेने के तरीके को लेकर है। संवाद की जगह ऊपर से आदेश वाली संस्कृति अपनाई गई। खिलाड़ियों को लगा कि वे चर्चा का हिस्सा नहीं, बल्कि पहले से तय पटकथा के श्रोता बनकर रह गए हैं।
